CHRISTINA MAIER
Christina Maier has long-standing experience providing legal advice in the areas of Intellectual Property, Commercial Law and Litigation. Prior to joining Renner Zollner Rechtsanwälte she worked several years for a major German patent and law firm as well as for two international law firms – most recently for a UK firm specialising in advising technology corporation clients. Christina has profound experience in advising national and international companies from different industries in all areas of Intellectual Property Law, Licensing Law as well as general Contract and Commercial Law issues. She also represents her clients in litigation matters. Moreover, she has special expertise in negotiating contracts regarding research and development and other licensing projects. During her career, Christina has also been temporarily seconded to support legal departments of international corporations.
ANTONIA BYRNE
Before joining Renner Zollner Rechtsanwälte, Antonia has been employed as in-house counsel by multiple international IT corporations. She has extensive experience in providing legal advice, especially in the areas of IT Law, Contract and Commercial Law, Public Tenders and Intellectual Property. During her career, Antonia has also dealt in depth with legal issues and company policies regarding Open Source Software Licensing.
